Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday
- Holiday processing times may vary (2-3 additional days)
- Custom orders require 3-5 additional business days for processing
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. We use FedEx and UPS for reliable delivery tracking. All packages are fully insured and require signature confirmation for orders over $200.
Important Shipping Notes:
• PO Box addresses are not accepted for Express or Next Day shipping
• Rural addresses may require 1-2 additional business days
• Weather conditions may cause delays during winter months
• Peak season (November-January) may extend delivery times by 1-2 days

We proudly ship worldwide to over 50 countries. International shipping rates start at $24.95 and delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Restrictions & Guidelines
Size & Weight Limits:
- Maximum package weight: 50 lbs
- Multiple pair orders may be split into separate shipments
- Oversized boxes incur additional handling fees
Address Requirements:
- Complete street address required (no abbreviations)
- Apartment or suite numbers must be included
- Phone number required for delivery coordination
- Business addresses preferred for Express/Next Day delivery

Holiday Shipping Schedule
During peak holiday seasons, we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery:
- Christmas Delivery: Orders must be placed by December 20th for Standard shipping
- New Year Delivery: Orders placed December 29-31 will process January 2nd
- Valentine's Day: Order by February 10th for guaranteed delivery
- Mother's/Father's Day: Order 10 days in advance for standard delivery
